We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a custom storybook, signing up for an account, or making a purchase:

• Account Data: Email address, name, and account password.
• Child Personalization Data: Child's name, age, gender, and reference photo(s).
• Photo Uploads: Crop selections of faces uploaded to serve as the character's facial likeness reference. We do not store original, uncropped photos long-term.
• Shipping & Contact Data: Delivery addresses, recipient name, phone number, and support inquiry logs.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To train the visual likeness model (AI DNA mapping) to draw consistent illustrations of your child in the book.
• To compile and generate your custom PDF softcopy and print-ready files.
• To process payments and coordinate delivery of physical hardcovers with our print partners.
• To send order confirmation emails, tracking status updates, and support communications.

Your data is stored securely in database systems powered by Supabase. Custom storybook assets (e.g. character reference photos and final illustrations) are stored in secure cloud storage buckets with access tokens. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Reference images and AI-generated portraits are linked privately to your user account and are not accessible to public users.

We work with trusted third-party services to deliver the best experience:

• Payment Processors: We use secure providers (like TAP, PayPal, Tabby) to process transactions. Financial details are submitted directly to the gateway and are not stored on Rawy servers.
• Email Notifications: We use Resend to transmit verification, receipt, and delivery tracking emails.
• Print & Delivery Partners: We share order details, shipping coordinates, and print-ready storybook PDF files with Albumii printing hubs to manufacture and deliver your physical hardcovers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, edit, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can request account deletion or image data purging at any time by contacting our support team at support@rawytime.com.
