We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a custom storybook, signing up for an account, or making a purchase:

• Account Data: Email address, name, and account password.
• Child Personalization Data: Child's name, age, gender, and reference photo(s).
• Photo Uploads: Crop selections of faces uploaded to serve as the character's facial likeness reference. We do not store original, uncropped photos long-term.
• Shipping & Contact Data: Delivery addresses, recipient name, phone number, and support inquiry logs.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To train the visual likeness model (AI DNA mapping) to draw consistent illustrations of your child in the book.
• To compile and generate your custom PDF softcopy and print-ready files.
• To process payments and coordinate delivery of physical hardcovers with our print partners.
• To send order confirmation emails, tracking status updates, and support communications.

Your data is stored securely in database systems powered by Supabase. Custom storybook assets (e.g. character reference photos and final illustrations) are stored in secure cloud storage buckets with access tokens. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data both in transit and at rest. Reference images and AI-generated portraits are linked privately to your user account and are not accessible to public users.

We work with trusted third-party services to deliver the best experience:

• Payment Processors: We use secure providers (like TAP, PayPal, Tabby) to process transactions. Financial details are submitted directly to the gateway and are not stored on Rawy servers.
• Email Notifications: We use Resend to transmit verification, receipt, and delivery tracking emails.
• Print & Delivery Partners: We share order details, shipping coordinates, and print-ready storybook PDF files with Albumii printing hubs to manufacture and deliver your physical hardcovers.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and California CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete personal data we maintain about you or your child. You can request account deletion or image asset purging at any time by emailing support@rawytime.com.

In compliance with the California Invasion of Privacy Act ("CIPA") and California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"):

• We use diagnostic error tracking (such as Sentry) solely to detect website bugs, performance issues, and crashes.
• Strict Input Masking: Unsolicited session replay recording is disabled by default. Where diagnostic error replays occur, all user inputs, text fields, payment values, and media are strictly masked to ensure private keystrokes and photos are never captured.
• We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without affirmative consent.

In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act and international anti-spam rules:

• Every promotional and marketing email includes a working, one-click Unsubscribe Link and displays our valid physical postal address (Al Hamra Business Tower, Sharq, Kuwait City, Kuwait).
• Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately and honored within 10 business days.
• Essential transactional emails (such as order receipts, softcopy delivery, and book shipment tracking) are sent separately to fulfill customer purchases.

If you purchase a monthly or yearly Rawy Membership plan, you are subject to statutory Automatic Renewal protections:

• Clear Renewal Terms: Price, billing cadence, and renewal terms are clearly displayed next to the checkout button prior to payment.
• Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew automatically at the specified rate until cancelled. For annual subscriptions, a renewal notice is emailed before the charge.
• Self-Service 1-Click Cancellation: You can cancel recurring renewals anytime directly from your online Customer Dashboard without contacting support or paying cancellation fees. Access remains active through the end of the paid period.
